European Curriculum and Syllabus for IR
CIRSE is pleased to present the European Curriculum and Syllabus for Interventional Radiology. As well as general topics and safety concepts, this comprehensive document covers all the specific areas with which a well-trained interventional radiologist should be familiar. The Task Force chaired by Prof. Anna-Maria Belli, who dedicated their expertise and time to editing the curriculum and syllabus, proudly announce the wide endorsement of the document by numerous European IR societies.
The European Curriculum and Syllabus conveys the knowledge required for certified subspecialisation in interventional radiology. Physicians who have followed the objectives of the curriculum and mastered the content of the syllabus can take the opportunity to sit the European Board of Interventional Radiology and prove their professional competence.
Members will receive a copy of the new CIRSE IR Curriculum, which will be published early in 2013. For questions on the European IR Curriculum and Syllabus, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
