Registration needs to be accompanied by the Confirmation Form, stamped and signed by the head of department

Please be advised that CIRSE will not provide any documents for visa purposes for undergraduate Students.
CIRSE Student members will not need to upload any documentation, benefiting from a fast-track registration.
The CIRSE Foundation is a non-profit and tax exempted foundation.
Opening fees available until 27.02.2025, 23:59 CET
Early fees available after 03.04.2025
Middle fees available after 20.05.2025
Late fees available from 21.05.2025
Fee includes:
- Congress badge for onsite access
- Congress bag and materials onsite
Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by CIRSE Foundation by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later than the early deadline registration, the respective next higher fee shall be due.
CIRSE Member Registration
CIRSE Member registration is only available for CIRSE Members in good standing.
Method of payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by:

Our accepted onsite payment methods are credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and cash (payment can be settled in Euros only)
Cancellation of congress registration
CIRSE Foundation will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.
Name changes
Will be handled as a cancellation and new registration.
